I hope you guys are staying cool wherever you are... I'm trying not to roast my skin off in my 95 degree apartment here in Portland! Did I mention how much I love being back and living here? Hehe. Really though, I've figured out how to keep it cool: open the door to the air-conditioned hallway (the apt itself doesn't have AC). GENIUS! I hope nobody important is reading this. With only a week left in Portland before I head to Europe, I'm in work work socialize socialize mode - sometimes at the same time. Lots to do, but all fun. On Sunday <a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/p\/3pTRJTsOO4\/?taken-by=thekitchenpaper\" target=\"_blank\">I went to the beach<\/a> with a friend and was soooo glad to have a little down-time to hike, smell\/touch\/listen to the ocean, and have a chance of pace. This weekend I'm heading to a different beach with some family - another great weekend in the works!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">How was your weekend? Any June plans coming up? Find anything tasty on the internet this week!?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookingforkeeps.com\/2015\/06\/05\/peach-blackberry-and-blueberry-graham-cracker-crumble\/\" target=\"_blank\">Peach, blueberry, and blackberry graham cracker crumble<\/a>! Hellooo summer!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/picky-palate.com\/2015\/06\/03\/white-chocolate-churro-crunch\/\" target=\"_blank\">White chocolate churro crunch<\/a>. WHAAAT!?! Love it!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/healthynibblesandbits.com\/bourbon-paprika-pecan-popcorn\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bourbon paprika pecan popcorn<\/a>! I'm coming over, Lisa!!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tworedbowls.com\/2015\/06\/05\/malasadas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Malasadas with lilikoi and guava filling<\/a>. SO TASTY!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/thelemonbowl.com\/2015\/06\/blueberry-greek-yogurt-waffles.html\" target=\"_blank\">Blueberry greek yogurt waffles<\/a>. Looks like I need to get a waffle maker!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodiecrush.com\/2015\/06\/blueberry-buckle-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\">Blueberry buckle with lemon glaze<\/a>. YUUM! Can I eat that for breakfast please?<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/joythebaker.com\/2015\/06\/elvis-ice-cream-snackwiches\/\" target=\"_blank\">Elvis ice cream snackwiches<\/a>. You know what that means: HECK YES!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenkitchenstories.com\/bowls-like-these\/\" target=\"_blank\">The hippie bowl<\/a>. I want to eat this all day every day!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecandidappetite.com\/2015\/06\/08\/caramelized-banana-rice-pudding\/\" target=\"_blank\">Caramelized banana rice pudding<\/a>. I adore rice pudding! This sounds amazing!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/pinchofyum.com\/spicy-sausage-rigatoni\" target=\"_blank\">Spicy sausage rigatoni<\/a> = YES YES YES CAAARBS!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/naturallyella.com\/2015\/06\/06\/waffles-with-vanilla-bean-cherries\/\" target=\"_blank\">Waffles with vanilla bean cherries<\/a>. Again: who's gonna buy me a waffle maker?<\/li>\n<li>This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.simplyrecipes.com\/recipes\/cherry_clafouti\/\" target=\"_blank\">cherry clafoutis<\/a> is gorgeous - and YUUUM!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ohsheglows.com\/2015\/06\/05\/salted-almond-butter-freezer-fudge-everyday-detox-cookbook\/\" target=\"_blank\">Salted almond butter freezer fudge<\/a>. PERFECT! I'm making this ASAP!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cookiesandcups.com\/bombshell-oreo-brownies\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bombshell oreo brownies<\/a>. Whoa. I'm in!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/apple-of-my-eye.com\/2015\/06\/02\/smoked-paprika-shrimp-and-corn-chowder\/\" target=\"_blank\">Smoked paprika shrimp and corn chowder<\/a>. Every part of that sounds perfect!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/mexican-green-chili-veggie-burgers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mexican green chili veggie burgers<\/a>. Oh heck yes!
