Not only is this for the last two weeks, but it also has a bajillion more links than normal because I guess the food bloggers I follow have been KILLING IT lately! Well done, everybody! These all sound SO SO GOOD!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I'm still working on slowly settling into my apartment - finally starting to unpack my clothes (the final thing I've really been putting off because I still haven't figured out my storage solution). I got \"back to work\" yesterday - which meant waking up early, walking to the grocery store, buying my stuff and then coming home to cook! YAY! I also decided I should start (again) listening to podcasts, so I got all my favorite podcasts (the moth, all sorts of NPR podcasts, etc.) lined up for listening as I cook. Spending so much time alone now means I need a little bit of entertainment, I guess! Plus: BRAIN. Gotta keep up on the happenings! We're getting all sorts of weird here. Onto the list!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodiecrush.com\/2015\/04\/beet-avocado-and-goat-cheese-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\">Beet, Avocado, and Fried Goat Cheese Salad<\/a>! So pretty!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tasty-yummies.com\/2015\/04\/30\/the-perfect-green-smoothie-formula\/\" target=\"_blank\">The perfect green smoothie formula<\/a>! Beth nailed it!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenkitchenstories.com\/golden-sauerkraut-wild-fermentation\/\" target=\"_blank\">Golden sauerkraut<\/a>. WHOA! That color!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/theeverygirl.com\/5-must-have-kitchen-tools-for-small-batch-cooking\" target=\"_blank\">5 Must-have kitchen tools for small batch cooking<\/a>. Noted!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.twopeasandtheirpod.com\/almond-toffee-sea-salt-brownies\/\" target=\"_blank\">Almond toffee sea salt brownies<\/a>. Ummm helloooo!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodiecrush.com\/2015\/05\/thai-quinoa-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\">Thai quinoa salad<\/a>. ALL THE COLORS! Pretty!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loveandoliveoil.com\/2015\/04\/horchata-ice-cream.html\" target=\"_blank\">Horchata ice cream<\/a>. I'll be making this this summer FO SHO!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brewinghappiness.com\/cara-cara-orange-salted-chocolate-cheesecake\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cara cara orange and salted chocolate cheesecake<\/a>. BRILLIANT!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.howsweeteats.com\/2015\/05\/crispy-carnitas-oven-nachos-with-homemade-tortilla-chips\/\" target=\"_blank\">Crispy carnitas oven nachos<\/a>. My cinco de mayo snack of choice!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shutterbean.com\/2015\/beet-avocado-poke-bowls\/\" target=\"_blank\">Beet avocado \"poke\" bowls<\/a>. SMOKED CINNAMON!? You KNOW how I feel about daal! (I LOVE IT!)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.athoughtforfood.net\/ahi-tuna-poke-bowl\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ahi tuna poke bowl<\/a>. Literally my favorite food. FAVORITE!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/sweet-potato-chickpea-buddha-bowl\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sweet potato chickpea buddha bowl<\/a>. This sounds so perfect I can't even handle it!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookingforkeeps.com\/2015\/05\/01\/nutella-smore-churro-quesadillas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nutella s'more churro quesadilla<\/a>. HELLO I LOVE YOU!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.howsweeteats.com\/2015\/04\/kiwi-margaritas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kiwi margaritas<\/a>. That green is so pretty!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/pinchofyum.com\/thai-summer-rolls-with-peanut-sauce\" target=\"_blank\">Thai summer rolls with peanut sauce<\/a>. ALWAYS!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brewinghappiness.com\/nutty-chai-spiced-banana-bread\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nutty chai spiced banana bread<\/a>.
