I hope you all had wonderful weekends! I spent mine at the coast, exploring the mouth of the Columbia river and lounging around in my yoga pants all weekend. No shame. It was great! I came back to Portland yesterday and now feel like OMG THIS WEEK IS SO SHORT ... because I'm going back to the beach in a few days. Tough life! It certainly is a big change from Bali: going from being HOT in a swimsuit on the beach, to being cold in long underwear, a down jacket, wool socks, a scarf, etc. But, beach is beach - I love them all!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What did you guys get up to this weekend? Did you get outside? Are you still under snow or moving into spring? Have a WONDERFUL WEEK! xo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case you missed it, here's what I made for you guys this week!<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a title=\"Chipotle Corn Almond Soup\" href=\"https:\/\/thekitchenpaper.com\/chipotle-corn-almond-soup\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chipotle Corn Almond Soup<\/a>! This one is SO SIMPLE and full of flavor!<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Neiman Marcus $250 Cookies\" href=\"https:\/\/thekitchenpaper.com\/neiman-marcus-250-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\">Neiman Marcus $250 Cookies<\/a>. Still my favorite cookie E.V.E.R.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Hot Fudge Pudding Cake\" href=\"https:\/\/thekitchenpaper.com\/hot-fudge-pudding-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hot Fudge Pudding Cake<\/a>. Um, you can't NOT love this!<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Chicken Curry Pot Pie\" href=\"https:\/\/thekitchenpaper.com\/chicken-curry-pot-pie\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chicken Curry Pot Pie<\/a>. Such a great take on an old classic!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.topwithcinnamon.com\/2015\/03\/tomato-and-pepper-soup.html\" target=\"_blank\">Tomato and chargrilled pepper soup with feta and bacon<\/a>. Um, yes!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.101cookbooks.com\/archives\/green-curry-dumplings-recipe.html\" target=\"_blank\">Green curry dumplings<\/a>. THESE!!!!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shutterbean.com\/2015\/sambal-chicken-skewers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sambal chicken skewers<\/a>. Yaaay sambal! These sound great!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theclevercarrot.com\/2015\/03\/roasted-garlic-asparagus\/\" target=\"_blank\">Roasted garlic asparagus<\/a>. Two of my favorites COMBINED! Yum!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/withfoodandlove.com\/raspberry-chamomile-cream-sodas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Raspberry camomile cream sodas<\/a>. HOLY DELICIOUS and gorgeous photos!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecandidappetite.com\/2015\/03\/27\/carrot-bloody-marys\/\" target=\"_blank\">Carrot bloody Marys<\/a>. I can dig it!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/bahn-mi-spring-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\">Banh mi spring rolls<\/a>. This is brilliant! You KNOW I love banh mi!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookrepublic.com\/baking-recipes\/hot-cross-bun-and-nutmeg-tray-bake\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hot cross bun and nutmeg tray bake<\/a>. Whoa. This is incredible!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/heatherchristo.com\/cooks\/2015\/03\/29\/grilled-salmon-with-beet-blood-orange-relish\/\" target=\"_blank\">Grilled salmon with beet blood orange relish<\/a>. How gorgeous is that relish!?<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mybakingaddiction.com\/caramel-pecan-bars\/\" target=\"_blank\">Caramel pecan bars<\/a>. OOH YUMMY!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/joythebaker.com\/2015\/03\/roasted-strawberry-and-dumpling-skillet-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\">Roasted strawberry and dumpling skillet<\/a>. Yes, Joy. YES!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loveandoliveoil.com\/2015\/03\/colorblock-sugar-cookies.html\" target=\"_blank\">Dipped colorblock sugar cookies<\/a>. These are SO CUTE!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hummingbirdhigh.com\/2015\/03\/overnight-black-sesame-buttermilk-rolls.html\" target=\"_blank\">Black sesame buttermilk rolls<\/a>. Whoa. Jonathan is on a roll with yummy carrot recipes!
