I hope you're all having a lovely weekend! I'm still in yoga-mode with training everyday, but was able to catch up with some friends and get more sleep this weekend - woohoo! By this time next week, I'll be a certified yoga teacher... LOOKOUT! I get more excited each day! What are you excited about for this coming week? Anything new on the horizon? Fill me in!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mynewroots.org\/site\/2015\/01\/seriously-super-cereal\/\" target=\"_blank\">Seriously Super Cereal<\/a> sounds, well, seriously super!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookingforkeeps.com\/2015\/01\/21\/chickpea-soup-kale-bacon\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chickpea soup with kale and bacon<\/a>... Count me in. YES.<\/li>\n<li>I LOVE the pictures of this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.edibleperspective.com\/home\/2015\/1\/23\/carrot-soup.html\" target=\"_blank\">carrot soup<\/a>!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/pinchofyum.com\/date-night-mushroom-pasta-with-goat-cheese\" target=\"_blank\">Mushroom Pasta with Goat Cheese<\/a> = all my favorites mixed into one! Yaay!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thekitchn.com\/recipe-thai-style-lemongrass-lime-mojito-recipes-from-the-kitchn-214658\" target=\"_blank\">Lemongrass, Lime, and Thai Basil Mojito<\/a>: another set of favorite flavors!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ohmyveggies.com\/chana-masala-stuffed-sweet-potatoes\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chana Masala Stuffed Sweet Potatoes<\/a> sound like an incredible dinner!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thekitchykitchen.com\/?recipes=\/bi-bim-bap\/\" target=\"_blank\">BI BIM BAP<\/a>! Need I say more? #love<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.laurenslatest.com\/claudias-perfect-3-minute-mug-brownie\/\" target=\"_blank\">*perfect* 3-minute mug brownie<\/a>? I can't wait to try this!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.skinnytaste.com\/2015\/01\/tomato-and-mozzarella-tarts_22.html\" target=\"_blank\">Tomato and mozzarella tarts<\/a> are literally making my mouth water!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hummingbirdhigh.com\/2015\/01\/flourless-chocolate-and-red-wine.html\" target=\"_blank\">&gt;Flourless Chocolate and Red Wine Swedish Cake<\/a> is BEAUTIFUL!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/masala-spiced-tofu-scramble\/\" target=\"_blank\">Masala Spiced Tofu Scramble<\/a>. I've been loving a good tofu scramble lately!!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.howsweeteats.com\/2015\/01\/butternut-squash-goat-cheese-dip\/\" target=\"_blank\">Butternut Squash Goat Cheese Dip<\/a>. Proof that dreams really can come true!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mybakingaddiction.com\/snickerdoodle-bars\/\" target=\"_blank\">Snickerdoodle bars<\/a>. Fo realsies: who can Fedex these to me?<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brewinghappiness.com\/roasted-apple-pear-and-kale-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\">Roasted Apple, Pear, and Kale Salad<\/a>. So pretty! So yummy! SO WANTY!<\/li>\n<li>HUGE thanks to Lindsay for making us <a href=\"http:\/\/theliveinkitchen.com\/2015\/01\/22\/greek-nachos\/\" target=\"_blank\">Greek Nachos<\/a> this week!!!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eatliverun.com\/two-bite-maple-cinnamon-scones\/\" target=\"_blank\">Maple Cinnamon Scones<\/a> sound so darn comforting. And warm!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodiecrush.com\/2015\/01\/truffled-gnocchi-macaroni-and-cheese\/\" target=\"_blank\">Truffled gnocchi macaroni and cheese<\/a>. If I eat this, I can die a happy lady!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loveandoliveoil.com\/2015\/01\/creamy-spinach-and-pear-soup-with-pancetta.html\" target=\"_blank\">Creamy Spinach and Pear Soup with Pancetta<\/a>. How beautiful (and tasty!) does this look!?<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.101cookbooks.com\/archives\/a-simple-carrot-soup-recipe.html\" target=\"_blank\">A simple carrot soup recipe<\/a>.
