I used coconut sugar instead of other sugars and used half . I added a little monk fruit . I used almond flour instead of flour . I used light coconut milk instead of full fat . I added a teaspoon extra baking soda . I used powdered sugar for frosting but half the amount required . They turned out delicious and I will make again !
