I'll try my best to answer these, but I honestly have no clue what an electric pancake maker is!! Sorry about that... As for the cups, there are 8 fluid ounces in a standard measuring cup {which is apparently a weird American thing that nobody else uses). You may need to google specific ingredients and amounts, because not everything will be the same, but I'm sure that info is readily available. I don't preheat the skillet in the oven, but just on the stovetop. You know it's hot enough when you drip a drop of water onto it and it sizzles!

Yours sound amazing! So...here's the silly part a) how big are your cups? Big coffee mugs or little english tea ones? and b) do you cook preheat the skillet in the oven and then transfer it on the hotplate? Can I make them in an electric pancake maker? I really don't want to ruin them as the recipe sounds heavenly!
