very simple recipe, i added a few things for personal taste which is fine but this is essentially a garlic mac and cheese… the name makes it sound better than it is unfortunately

The sauce was thick yet really creamy and worked perfectly with pasta. Definitely making a bigger batch next time.

I used gf pasta and flour and added parmesan cheese, and it tasted amazing. I honestly think the people complaining about the floury taste just haven't made a bechamel before and need to practice it again, because it can be hard to get right. It also made for great leftovers as well, even if it wasn't quite as good as it was fresh.
