Yes! It looks like you're subscribed both through Jetpack AND Feedburner! Do the emails you receive have different delivery methods (one probably says it's from Feedburner, the other from Jetpack)? If so, just unsubscribe from one! Otherwise, let me know and I can manually remove you from one.
