These were so ridiculously good. I've made many 'a cakes, but I didn't want to risk using a trusted recipe by tossing it in the waffle iron, and ruining it. When I searched online, nearly every recipe I found used a boxed mix, except for this one!

The only adjustment I made was chopped oreos instead of sprinkles, and of course I overdid it on the flavor extracts 😉

By the way, the addition of a little almond extract was great!! It reminded me of a white cake or pound cake. Thank you again for this recipe, I actually chose to write this review because I'm coming back to make it a second time.

This one is a gem for sure.
