Nice vid.. i have endomentriosis, and i think the turmeric tea would be a good idea for my anti-inflammatory diet. Thanks Mary! Keep us posted..

You specify black pepper. I am sensitive to black pepper but am OK with white pepper. Will fresh ground white pepper also work?
