Yum! Such nice additions to this wonderful TV watching snack.

Roast the peppers (stemmed), onions (peeled and cut into quarters), and garlic (peeled) first, tossed in a little oil in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. This will mitigate the raw heat of the chiles and add a little sweetness and smoky flavor.

Definitely do! It's worth it. You can watch the last 5 episodes on ABC.com... so just don't fall too far behind! They didn't have a new episode this week and I'm dying to know what will happen next! Ugh. I'm semi-pathetic.

I hate it because I really love Connie Britton and enjoyed the few episodes I saw. Maybe I'll catch up in the summer when there is nothing to watch!

Last year, a friend got me hooked on the Bachelor. This year, I got my roommate hooked after only one episode. We watch it together religiously (but usually just snack on popcorn).
