This is basically what I make when I'm not sure what to make. I've never thought about baking the tortillas. I usually don't go for tostadas because they are fried in oil, and they are kind of hard to eat without making a mess 🙂

RE: Wedding, wohoo! The dress is one of the hardest parts I think, especially since you probably won't wear it again. Since you said you haven't found a photographer, I'll throw in my two cents ... I worked with Lisa for a wedding I planned in 2010 http://lisawareham.com/ and she was stellar ... a little far away from you though, I know.
