Hi Dje! I'm glad you liked it. I definitely meant the first (3 T already ground), but it's been a long time since I've made this, so I could be wrong. Perhaps it needs more — let me know if you try and it holds together better!

Will make it over and over. I used the leftover rice and quinoa I had the fridge and it came out fine. Only question I had was, does the recipe call for 3 T flax seed meal, or is it 3 T flaxseed, ground up? I assumed the first (3 T already ground) but the loaf didn’t stick together very well.
