I have never made my own salsa before.. but if it is this easy and delicious it is definitely something that I need to do. Thanks for the great recipe!

I just made salsa last night from my garden! Granted I didn't grow the onion, but everything else I did. Lots more peppers (mild) than what you did here. I love the idea of roasting the veggies first. I don't know about adding honey or anything sweet ...
