Healther and while there in the over you have time to do the poached eggs and be ready all at once.

I haven't tried it myself, but I imagine it would work quite well! I would cook them fully before freezing, then cook again for a few minutes (to heat through) upon thawing. Let me know how it goes if you try it! xo
