Bright red quiche!? That sounds fun (and hilarious!). I get my chorizo in bulk from my local grocery store (New Seasons). It definitely can turn things red, but didn't spread to far in this particular one for me. Glad it still tasted okay!! xo

Curious about what chorizo you used to have the results you got in the photos above. We used Mexican chorizo and it turned our entire quiche a brick red color. Overall a great recipe though! We added garlic for a kick and did half and half instead of milk. Tasty.
