You know, I'm not sure what the best way to keep ginger is! I use it pretty quickly, so generally in a ziplock in the fridge works for me. I'd never thought to freeze it - I'll have to try that!

What's your favorite way of keeping ginger? I have been freezing it whole, without peeling, but I'm wondering if there's another, maybe better, way.
