Honestly, we did not like the tortilla texture of this dish. Too mushy and absorbed all the sweet. We ended up opening all the cooked tortillas, sauteing red thai curry, more cabbage and the tortilla insides. Much better. We also felt fish sauce should had been used. Overall, the flavor was good, just regret the tortillas.
