I'm definitely going to put this recipe into rotation.

Regarding languages... just keep at it 🙂 I was the same way when I started learning mandarin and I was thinking that there was NO way I'd ever catch on until one day when I was in China I just started understanding what people were saying (most of it contextual). My speech is still rocky, but there is a mutual understanding that definitely occurs when you try!

I suppose I should learn some vietnamese too if I'm going to visit 🙂
