Thank you Mary @thekitchenpaper for posting such an easy and tasty dish. I made it for dinner for two of us about three weeks ago. I did sub ground pork for the chicken and it was fantastic! Good dinner and even better the next day for lunch. Nice to have an easy, go-to polenta, main dish recipe. I'm thinking raining, dark winter nights and 20-minute polenta bowl comfort food!

My firm provides an annual pass, but before I got one I was buying a $5 full day pass. That's an option too if you're worried about not making the buses in time with the other bus pass. And you are correct, you do not get change on the bus. Bummer! I saw a girl put a $20 in once not knowing you don't get your change. Her day was ruined.
