I've been there, when exercise is pushing you to tears, and its not a great place to be. When you battle in your mind of what you "should" be able to do vs what your body can actually achieve in that moment. Some days its just not there. Even if you had pushed through it, you wouldn't have felt any better at the end. Forcing yourself to do something for mental justification is no reason to push your body past its limits.
