In reply to Mary. I'd say it wasn't cost effective if you use Tillamook cheese (which, btw, I absolutely love too.)... however, the quality of the cheese in these crackers has got to be way better than Sunshine's :-)

In reply to Ashleigh. I'd say doubling this recipe would be about equivalent to one normal-size box of Cheez-its... but that is a rough estimate! I'm not sure they are cost effective, in the long run, unfortunately! Definitely delicious, though, and worth trying at least once!

These look to die for! Im wondering though, about how much does this recipe yield? I have 4 children, and while I love knowing what is in their food it has to be cost effective as well (two of my children are teenage boys....that should explain enough).
