I didn't have smoked paprika, just the normal kind. I followed the directions, but wanted it just a little sweeter so I added a tablespoon of cane sugar. After blending it and cooling it, I put it in a big bowl in the smoker for about an hour (I was smoking salmon at the time). Wow. great depth of flavor, sneaky hot without tearing your head off. It's so simple, and so good. I don't know if I'll ever buy ketchup again. Thanks so much.
