It's just nice. But I have tried it with ghee as baking with ghee is safer than baking with butter. The result was all fine.
I prefer using Milkio grass-fed ghee for all my recipes.

I was just wondering what texture these are supposed to have, though? Are they crunchy like cookies? Mine turned out softer like little cakes.
